How Ordering Works

No storefront checkout, no account required. Every order goes through a real person — here's exactly what happens from browse to delivery.

1. Browse the Manifest

Every pallet listing shows unit count, condition, estimated retail value, and photos where available. Truckloads include a category breakdown. Nothing is listed until it's been inspected.

2. Order via WhatsApp or Inquiry

Tap "Order via WhatsApp" on any listing to message us directly with the pallet pre-filled, or submit the inquiry form. We confirm availability, answer manifest questions, and lock your unit within one business day.

3. Secure Payment

We accept wire transfer, ACH, and card payment. Invoices are sent directly — no account or checkout login required. Full payment reserves your pallet or truckload for pickup or freight.

4. Freight or Local Pickup

Local buyers can schedule warehouse pickup. For freight, we quote LTL or full truckload shipping to your dock, and coordinate export documentation and container loading for international buyers.
